Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is successfully completed.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and hand off the order to the carrier. Processing time does not include transit time.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout

  • Rates are based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination

  • The final shipping cost is displayed before checkout is completed

We do not add handling fees or hidden charges.


Transit Time

After shipment, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS tracking system after shipment.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
