Return Policy

At The Diecast Reserve, we take great pride in offering high-quality, collectible die-cast products. Because many of our items are limited, collectible, or sensitive to handling, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


General Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

  • Because collectible integrity is extremely important, we cannot accept returns based on:

    • Change of mind

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Incorrect purchase

    • Item not meeting personal expectations

    • Duplicate orders placed by mistake

Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before checking out.


Factory Sealed Items — No Returns (Unopened or Opened)

We do not accept returns on any Factory Sealed items, even if they have not been opened. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Factory sealed master cases

  • Factory sealed inner cases

  • Factory sealed sets/assortments

  • Factory sealed chase assortments

These products are sold specifically for their sealed condition and collectible value, and returning them—opened or unopened—compromises authenticity. All Factory Sealed items are final sale.


Damage or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To ensure we can help, please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the shipping box

  3. Photos of the item and the damage

  4. Photos of the shipping label

We will review the information and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Carrier-Related Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received:

You must contact the shipping carrier first (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
Once a claim is opened, we can assist further if needed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout


Return Eligibility (If Approved)

In rare cases where a return is approved:

  • A return authorization is required before sending anything back

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to and from us

  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted


Store Pickup Orders

Orders placed for local pickup cannot be canceled or refunded once processed.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. By purchasing from The Diecast Reserve, you agree to the most current version.
